You've decided on your Save the Date, Invitation or RSVP card - oh, perfect! Now download the pdf which corresponds with the item (this pdf will allow you to customize text for your stationery). It can be found on the specific product page or by clicking a link below:

Email Proof Process:

You’re as excited as a porcupine meeting a pineapple, right? Well, once we have received your order submission and your completed pdf, need only wait 2-3 business days for your first proof to arrive via email. Revisions are completed in 2-3 days. Generally one revision is needed, but 3 rounds are allotted. So, this process could take up to 9 business days depending on customer response time. Please review the spelling in your proofs carefully.


REMINDER: There is a $150 cancellation fee before the approval of a final proof. Once the final proof has been approved, sorry - no cancellations. Approval of final proof entrusts you, the customer, with responsibility for content. JHill Weddings will not cover the costs of reprinting or shipping due to any input errors. Refunds will not be issued either. If errors are discovered after final proof approval, we are required to charge for a reprint.


REMINDER #2: Also please remember, computer monitors reproduce colors differently than printing presses, so color can not be guaranteed to match your emailed proofs. If you anxious about color, please order a color swatch as these are a true representation of your final product colors and paper.


Hard Copy Printed Proof:

After an email-version proof has been approved, JHill Design gives you the option of ordering a hard-copy printed proof for an additional $25. This would arrive at your door via snail mail in 6 business days. This is an exact example of your final product (paper, color and size). Reminder: no cancellations. If for any reason you are disappointed, we will work with you to make alterations. Please email bridal@jhilldesign.com if you are interested in receiving a hard-copy printed proof.


Printing Production:

Our designs are printed right down the street from our Boston studio. The grand production of your wedding paper goods will be completed within 7 business days.


Shipping:

A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Shipping time is determined by the method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping is 7-12 business day.

HOW LONG TILL I CAN ADDRESS AND STAMP 'EM?top

On average, 2-4 weeks. Here - we broke it down:

2-3 Business days – Following your order submission and delivery of your completed pdf, we will email your first proof and wait for response with approval or corrections.

2-9 Business days – Generally, one revision is needed (2-3 days), but 3 rounds are allotted. So, this process could take up to 9 business days depending on customer response time.

7 Business days – Printing production

7-12 Business days - Standard shipping. This varies on the method you selected at checkout.

CAN I SEE A SAMPLE?top

Currently, we offer color swatches. A color swatch is a 5x7 card, which includes 12 blocks each filled with a JHill Weddings pattern (Champagne, Andalucia and Pondicherry), shown in every color (Blueberry, Canary, Moss and Orchid). Colors and paper are accurate to final products. On the reverse side is a colorful, splashy photo of the collection you chose (Topsfield or Grafton).


These swatches are to be used for color and paper representation. If you need to see a true-to-size printed sample of your customized product email us (bridal@jhilldesign.com) about hard-copy proofs.



WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE?top

JHill Weddings paper is an uncoated, bright white, cover weight paper. A subtle shine to patterns, with a smooth non-reflective background. Order a color swatch ($2) to feel the silky texture!



HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS PRINTED?top

We took great care in choosing production methods - our wedding invitation line is printed right down the street from our Boston studio! 



DO YOU OFFER OTHER ENCLOSURES?top

Pocket folders, place cards and maps, oh my! Our current line include Invitations, Save the Dates, RSVP cards and menus. Want something original and created special, just for your big day? Send an email with your request to bridal@jhilldesign.com.


Custom work is charged at our hourly design rate. Cost of paper and printing is additional. Generally the custom process takes an additional 2 weeks, but varies depending on the number of revisions. We will deliver a specific estimate and timeline 2-3 days after you have submitted an inquiry email (bridal@jhilldesign.com). Upon approval of timeline and quote, we ask for a 50% deposit, a signed contract and text for your stationery.


REMINDER: Please note after your celebration, JHill retains the right to use any design created as a template for future products.

Envelopes complement our color palettes Orchid, Canary, Blueberry and Moss. An envelope choice should be selected in your "customize this item" pdf. The following are accurate examples of our envelope colors:

CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT COLORS?top

Love the design, but don’t see colors that match your wedding palette perfectly? Don’t fret! Include images and/or color descriptions along with specific PMS colors in the email with your customized pdf attached (bridal@jhilldesign.com). Please note that since color varies from screen to screen colors sent to us from a website or digital image will not be accurate to printing. Additionally, you must chose the same number of colors that are used in the pattern. Due to the intricacy of our patterns, there is a $25 charge per product color change. Please make sure your phone number is included in your email, so we can call for payment information.



CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT JHILL PATTERN?top

Had your heart set on Malibu, Fairbanks or another JHill pattern not offered in Places We Are Going? We’re flattered you have a favorite and are happy to incorporate the design into the stationery for your wedding day! Divulge your deepest pattern desires in the email which has your customized pdf attached and send it to bridal@jhilldesign.com. Pattern changes are a delicate process and so, there is a $75 charge per product change. Please make sure your phone number is included in your email, so we can call for payment information.



WILL YOU CREATE A CUSTOM DESIGN, JUST FOR US?top

If you are hoping for more than a color or pattern alteration hope no longer - we can help! Whether you have an engagement photo you’d like to include, or a completely novel idea for wedding stationery, JHill Design can translate your vision to paper.

I RECEIVED MY INVITES AND WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THEM. top

Creating the wedding stationery of your dreams is a collaborative effort. Therefore, we work closely with you throughout the whole process, ensuring your satisfaction (better yet, elation!) with the final product. Because our stationery line is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns due to input errors etc. However, if there was a mistake made on the part of JHill Design, we will correct the blunder as quickly as possible.
