INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders take 3-4 business days to process and are shipped via United States Post Office’s International Mail. USPS Priority Mail International and First-Class Mail® International Package are economical options, but please note delivery to major destinations can take up to 10 business days. Also, tracking and insurance are not available with these methods and therefore JHill Design is not responsible for any late/lost packages. If you would like tracking and insurance please choose USPS Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail® International.

SHIPPING
We ship domestic packages daily, and your order should go out within 1-2 business days. Please note that large prints are printed to order and take an additional business day.

We ship via UPS Ground/Home Delivery, Express and Overnight Shipping. You will be able to choose your shipping method at checkout. Upon shipment your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please note that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Also, all deliveries are shipped residential unless a company is stated in your shipping address. UPS will leave your package for you at your door if you are not home. If this is not acceptable please enter a work address or an address where someone will be able to sign for your package.
