RETURNS

JHill Design unfortunately cannot accept returns on our products, as they are printed-to-order. If you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

All merchandise defects will be replaced at our expense. Authorization must be attained prior to replacement. Anything that is damaged in shipping will of be replaced. Please contact us so that we may start a UPS claim.



EXCHANGES

Please email us at info@jhilldesign.com to discuss your exchange. There are no exchanges on Personalized Prints, Wedding Stationery, Canvas prints or Lighting.
