Thanks for thinking of JHill Design! After you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed. If you have any questions please email us: info@jhilldesign.com or if you have special requests, please include them in the “order notes” text box found in your shopping cart.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments are processed through a secure checkout. Major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. You may also call us (857) 225 4917 to place an order or ask a question.

SHIPPING

We ship domestic packages daily. Your order should go out within 1-2 business days. Please note that large prints are printed to order and take an additional business day.

We ship via UPS Ground/Home Delivery, Express and Overnight Shipping. You will be able to choose your shipping method at checkout. Upon shipment a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please note that UPS does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Also, all deliveries are shipped residential unless a company is stated in your shipping address. UPS will leave your package for you at your door if you are not home. If this is not acceptable please enter a work address or an address where someone will be able to sign for your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders take 3-4 business days to process and are shipped via United States Post Office’s International Mail. USPS Priority Mail International and First-Class Mail® International Package are economical options, but please note delivery to major destinations can take up to 10 business days. Also, tracking and insurance are not available with these methods and therefore JHill Design is not responsible for any late/lost packages. If you would like tracking and insurance please choose USPS Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail® International.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

What a nice thought - purchase gift certificates ($25, $50, $75 & $100) here! Perfect for letting your friend or family member pick our their own pattern and text for a personalized print. JHill Design gift certificates can be emailed or shipped. Click here to learn more.

GIFT WRAPPING

We love making things look extra pretty and would be delighted to tie your goods with a pretty red ribbon. For $4 an item, we will wrap your order with metallic paper and include a Cheers note card with your special message hand written inside (type your desired text for the Cheers card in the “order notes” box found in your shopping cart). This gift wrap option is available at checkout.

RETURNS

JHill Design is happy to offer a refund or exchange for any item you are not satisfied with. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the shipment delivery. Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in the original shipping package. Personalized Prints are NOT returnable.

PERSONALIZED PRINTS {THE PROCESS}

JHill’s Personalized Prints are a great way to commemorate a special occasion or travel excursion. Combine our graphics with your customized text to create a one-of-a-kind memento.

Step 1. To get started, click on the “Personalize” tab in the top navigation

Step 2. Choose from our “City Print” or “Map Print”.

Step 3. Choose the JHill pattern you feel best illustrates the experience to be memorialized.

Step 4. Decide on the appropriate size of your print and add it to your cart.

Step 5. At checkout, in your shopping cart, click “Enter Personalized Text.” Here you are able to plug in your desired words (this may include date, location, a short and sweet sentence about your experience, favorite food, drink, memory – whatever suits your fancy or your memory!).

Step 6. Upon the submission of your order, we will customize it with your personalized text and you will receive a proof via email, within 1-2 business days, for your approval or corrections. We will then work with you to refine the print and perfect it exactly as you had envisioned. Three revisions are allotted.

REMINDER: Personalized Prints are NOT returnable.

Upon the submission of your order, we will customize it with your personalized text and you will receive a proof via email, within 1-2 business days, for your approval or corrections. We will then work with you to refine the print and perfect it exactly as you had envisioned. Three revisions are allotted.

Timing greatly depends on the swiftness of response between JHill Design and you. Have a birthday next Thursday or a wedding Saturday? Need the print asap? Just let us know, by sending an email to info@jhilldesign.com. We’ll be as speedy and attentive as possible and do our best to meet your deadlines!

City Prints:

Small Print - 5" x 7" matted to 8" x 10"

Medium Print - 8" x 10" matted to 11" x 14" (edition of 50)

Large Print - 11" x 17" print on 13" x 19" paper (edition of 50)

Map Prints:

5" x 7" Print also available framed in white.

Personalized Prints:

Medium Print - 8" x 10" matted to 11" x 14"

Large Print - 11" x 17" print on 13" x 19" paper

Pattern Squared:

Print is 4.5" x 4.5" matted in ivory to 9" x 9" and available framed in our 9 3/4" x 9 3/4" birch wood frames.

Animal Alphabet:

All letter Prints are 9" x 9". Frame measures 9 3/4" x 9 3/4" and is light colored wood with glass.

CUSTOM PATTERNS FOR PERSONAL USE

JHill would be delighted to assist you in the creation of an original Places You Have Been or Places You Have Never Been print. Whether you would like to capture the essence of a destination we have not yet illustrated or you envision a particular pattern you just need help executing – you bet cha’ JHill works on commission! We work at an hourly design rate and occasionally additional material fees (ie cards, multiple prints, etc) apply. Generally the custom print process takes 3 weeks, but this varies depending on the number of revisions. Give us a call! We are happy to discuss your future JHill original (857 225 4917 or info@jhilldesign.com).

Please note, after two months of releasing the pattern to you JHill Design retains the right to re-use the design as a template for future products. Click here for more information.

CUSTOM PATTERNS FOR COMMERCIAL USE

We would be happy to work with your company to create a one-of-a kind marketing illustration. Whether for use in advertising or other means of promotion, JHill is available for commission and suggests Places I Have Never Been as a great tool for chambers of commerce, hotels and companies of the like. Typically the custom print process extends three weeks, varying on the amount of revisions. FRAMING OPTIONS

Our frames are custom made for us in New Jersey. We offer a 9" x 9" birch wood frame which fits our Animal Alphabet prints and our matted Pattern Squared limited edition collection. We also have a white 5" x 7" frame available which fits our Map Print series. If neither of these options appeal to you email us. We'd be happy to share our recommended contact information for different suppliers with you.

Below is a list which explains appropriate frame sizes for JHill prints:
