Your order will ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.
** A note: the studio will be closed for the holidays December 21 - January 3, all orders placed during this time will ship on January 4.
DOMESTIC ORDERS ship via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, Express and Overnight Shipping. You will be able to choose your shipping method at checkout. Upon shipment your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please note that FedEx does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Also, all deliveries are shipped residential unless a company is stated in your shipping address. FedEx will leave your package for you at your door if you are not home. If this is not acceptable please enter a work address or an address where someone will be able to sign for your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ship via USPS International Priority which generally takes 5-10 business days depending on the final destination. There is no tracking available for this, but we will email you when your order ships. International shipping prices differ by country.
DAMAGED GOODS we try to pack everything well, but sometimes damage does happen. If it happens to your order just send us an email with your name and what you ordered and a brief description of the damage. We will send a replacement out to you asap and deal with FedEx ourselves.
