ORDERS
All Payments are processed through Paypal, (though you DO NOT need a paypal account to order from us), which provides a secure checkout for your order. Major credit cards and paypal are accepted forms of payment. You may also fax your credit card # to 617-522-7221 or call us at 617-524-2475.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are currently adding International Shipping rates to our site. We ship via the United States Post Office's International Priority Mail: 6 to 10 average business day delivery to major destinations. If you need your International delivery sent express please contact us for rates.

SHIPPING
Your order will ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted

We ship via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, Express and Overnight Shipping. You will be able to choose your shipping method at checkout. Upon shipment your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please note that FedEx does NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes. Also, all deliveries are shipped residential unless a company is stated in your shipping address. FedEx will leave your package for you at your door if you are not home. If this is not acceptable please enter a work address or an address where someone will be able to sign for your package.

Pick up? Live in the Boston area, want to check out something before a purchase. You are welcome to stop by our studio, please contact us for an appointment.

RETURNS
JHill Design is happy to offer a refund or exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. Goods must be returned in perfect, unopened condition in the original shipping package.
